ACCOUNTANTS ON CALL SCOOPS PMR AFRICA DIAMOND AWARD

Johannesburg, August 2009 – Leading financial recruitment company, ACCOUNTANTS ON CALL (AOC), has won the Professional Management Review Africa (PMR), Diamond Arrow Award, in the category: OUTSOURCED STAFFING SOLUTIONS COMPANIES – Specific Human Capital Solutions ‐ Financial. In this national survey conducted by PMR, respondents rated the company according to 20 attributes, which included the ability to source candidates according to specifications and requirements; accuracy of administration; applicability of solutions offered to clients’ business requirements; capability in structuring remuneration packages; commitment to the contract/assignment; and competency based selection using the latest methodology with regard to screening, the evaluation process, interviewing techniques, and reference checking. AOC also scored highly in terms of its integrity, reliability, innovativeness, pro‐activeness and professionalism.
