Marichen Viviers qualified in Communications and has extensive experience in the recruitment of professional individuals for both the Finance and Risk Assurance/ Internal Auditing areas of specialisation.

She started a division focusing on the recruitment of Internal Auditors and Risk Managment in 2002 and has been involved with the Institute of Internal Auditors, South Africa, being an Affiliate Member of the IIA,SA. She attends the National IIA Conferences annually, to maintain her knowledgebase regarding new developments and market trends. Marichen has been a guest speaker and presenter at the IIA National Conferences in 2007 and 2008. These presentations were focused on the recruitment and retention of Internal Auditors, in a market of limited resources.

Further Marichen has extensive experience in Risk Assurance recruitment, and has an intimate knowledge of all the various specialisations within this field.  She has been involved with some of the major universities in assisting the Honours students regarding career guidance, CV writing, interview skills and marketing themselves in commerce and industry. 

Her focus areas are all JSE listed companies, as well as non-listed large companies – all PROFESSIONAL COMPANIES – who implement compliance process and standards according to the King III, various Acts and industry legislation.

She is a contingent and search recruiter covering all levels of recruitment e.g. Executive, Specialisation, Professional Entry levels and Middle Management.
